Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport (UT–HCMC), established on 18th May 1988, is the key multi-disciplinary university for educating transport sectors in Vietnam. At present, there are more than 15,000 students in 31 different majors such as maritime, road and railway construction, urban traffic system, transportation, logistics management, etc. at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
Over the past 30 years, UT-HCMC has been recognized as one of the leading universities in providing education and training for transport sector in Vietnam.
With the mission to educate and provide sufficient human resources for multi-modal transportation services to link urban transport with national and international areas, UT-HCMC has a strong network with industries and businesses, especially those specializing in maritime, transportation, logistics, petroleum, telecommunication areas.
